For Colorado Policyholders
We understand that some of our customers may be affected by COVID-19 and we’re prepared to help if you suffer financial hardship. If your employment and income have been directly affected by COVID-19, please call us at our customer care line at 888-793-7888 for assistance. Our team is ready to help with billing and payment issues and will explain what options may be available to you.
We are currently extending your grace period for premium payments to 5 days. In addition, if you are suffering financial hardship, please contact our customer care line at 888-793-7888 to discuss what options may be available to you such as a moratorium in the cancellation of your policy due to non-payment of premium and waiving of late fees or related penalties, where applicable. To avoid accumulating a large balance due for future payments, we encourage you to make your regular monthly installment payment, if one is due. If you are unable to make this payment or arrange with us to modify your payment billing schedule, then any unpaid balance will carry over to your next billing statement.
We also understand that some customers who intend to renew their insurance may be experiencing financial difficulty. If you receive a notice that your policy is expiring and you need additional time to pay, please contact us and we will extend your due date during the time that Public Health Order 20-22 is effective and we will waive any late fees. What to expect if you defer payment
Through these actions we are providing additional time to pay while still maintaining your coverage. Therefore, your premium for this coverage will continue to accumulate. If you can pay your bill on time, or even a portion of your bill, we recommend you do so to prevent a large balance due when normal billing operations resume.
